1. Contracts
Acceptance by Pharmaexpress Sdn. Bhd., of any order placed by the customer (hereinafter called the ‘Customer/Client’) shall constitute a contract between the Company and the Customer upon and subject to the following Terms and Conditions to the exclusion to the extent permitted by law of all other warranties and conditions expressed or implied by law or otherwise. The Company shall be deemed to have accepted an order upon delivery of the goods in performance of the order. The Customer shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms and Conditions of the Company by placing the order.

2. Prices
a) Prices and delivery terms are without engagement and may be subject to variations without notice.

3. Carriage
a) Transportation charge will be levied on orders below RM 300.00.
b) Orders will be despatched by courier service and we will undertake to use our best endeavours to deliver the day following the order provided that the order is confirmed before the relevant cut off time.
c) Orders will only be despatched once payment has been made or proof of payment received.


4. Payment Terms
a) All orders made on webpage are on cash before delivery (CBD) basis. All goods will only be delivered once payment received in full.
b) In case of non-payment of the account by the next working day following order placed on webpage, orders will not be assembled and will be deleted from the system automatically.

5. Title of Goods
a) Title of the Goods shall remain with the Company until payment of the goods has been received for the said goods.

6. Returns of Goods and Shortages
a) All sales are final. Customer may not return any Product unless there is a product defect or quality issue that has been substantiated and agreed to by PharmaExpress S/B.
b) Any shortages or defective goods received must be reported within 2 days of receipt of the delivery.
c) Our driver WILL NOT accept unauthorised returns of goods.
